Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • 0.5 lemon juiced

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Wooden spoon
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Cut chicken into cubes and season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in Italian seasoning and lemon juice.
  5. Return chicken to skillet and toss in garlic butter sauce.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
