Method
- Cut chicken into cubes and season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in Italian seasoning and lemon juice.
- Return chicken to skillet and toss in garlic butter sauce.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
