Filling
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning until fully browned.
  2. Assemble burritos with rice, beef, and cheeses.
  3. Wrap tightly and grill with cheese until crispy on both sides.
