Ingredients
  

Pancake Batter
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1.25 cups milk
  • 1 egg large
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Whisk together dry ingredients.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients separately.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
  4. Cook pancakes on medium heat until bubbles form, flip and cook until golden.

Notes

Do not overmix batter. Small lumps are fine.
