  • 2 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered erythritol
  • 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Stir softened cream cheese in a microwave-safe mug until smooth.
  2. Mix in powdered sweetener until fully combined.
  3. Add almond flour and salt and stir well.
  4. Add egg and vanilla and mix until smooth.
  5. Microwave for 60 seconds, then continue in short intervals until set.
  6. Rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.
