- In a skillet, cook ground beef in olive oil until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in marinara sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cheese tortellini to skillet, stir to coat in sauce.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley or basil and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes before serving.
