  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 0.5 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds optional

Method
 

  1. Cook ground chicken in skillet until browned.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook briefly.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients and pour into skillet.
