Method
- Boil noodles in 2 cups of water or broth for 2–3 minutes. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of the noodle water.
- Melt butter in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and reserved noodle water. Stir in parmesan cheese.
- Add noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Top with tofu, breadcrumbs, parsley, and black sesame seeds. Serve hot.
Notes
Adjust garlic and parmesan to taste. For a creamier version, add a splash of milk or cream.
