- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, toss peaches with brown sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg until well coated. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold cubed butter using a pastry cutter or fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in milk until just combined. Drop spoonfuls of biscuit topping over the peach mixture. Sprinkle with remaining sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and peaches are bubbling. Cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream 🍨.
