Easy Pineapple Pretzel Fluff Salad
  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar divided
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple drained
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • extra pretzels for topping

  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Mix pretzels, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar; bake at 350°F for 8–10 minutes until golden.
  2. Cool baked pretzels completely and break into clusters.
  3. Beat cream cheese and remaining 1/2 cup sugar until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  5. Stir in drained pineapple and vanilla extract.
  6. Fold in two-thirds of pretzel mixture just before serving.
  7. Top with remaining pretzels and serve chilled.

Notes

Keep pretzels separate until serving to maintain crunch.
