Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1 carrot sliced thin
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms optional
Stir Fry Sauce
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with water

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Prepare and slice all vegetables evenly.
  2. Whisk together all sauce ingredients.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet and cook hard vegetables first.
  4. Add softer vegetables and continue stir frying.
  5. Add sauce and cook until thickened.
