Brownie Batter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour heat-treated
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp milk as needed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Heat-treat flour and allow it to cool completely.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Combine butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Stir dry ingredients into wet mixture until smooth.

Notes

Adjust milk for desired consistency.
