Sliders
  • 12 rolls slider rolls
  • 1.5 pounds deli roast beef thinly sliced
  • 12 slices provolone cheese
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 small onion thinly sliced
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking dish.
  2. Slice rolls in half and place bottoms in dish.
  3. Layer cheese, roast beef, onions, and remaining cheese.
  4. Top with roll tops and brush with seasoned butter.
  5. Bake covered 15 minutes, then uncovered until golden.
  6. Prepare au jus, slice sliders, and serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately with warm au jus for best flavor.
