Method
- Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C) and heat pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
- Brush dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic.
- Top with mozzarella and ricotta.
- Arrange lemon slices and sprinkle with lemon zest.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Top with basil and drizzle of olive oil before serving.
Notes
For extra creaminess, add dollops of burrata after baking.
