Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 head green cabbage chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 14 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup black beans drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups Fritos corn chips
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain excess grease.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  4. Add cabbage and cook until wilted.
  5. Stir in tomatoes, corn, beans, and taco seasoning.
  6. Simmer 5–7 minutes to blend flavors.
  7. Stir in cheese until melted.
  8. Top with Fritos before serving.

Notes

Add Fritos just before serving for best crunch.
