  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 head green cabbage chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 green bell pepper diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Fritos corn chips

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet and drain excess grease.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning, cabbage, and broth; cook until tender.
  4. Top with cheese and Fritos just before serving.

Notes

Add Fritos right before serving for best crunch.
