Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter natural preferred
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt full-fat recommended
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips plus more for topping
  • flaky sea salt optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  2. Stir in honey and vanilla extract until evenly mixed.
  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop mixture into bite-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Sprinkle with extra chocolate chips and flaky sea salt.
  6. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm. Transfer to airtight container for storage.

Notes

Keep bites stored in freezer for best texture. Enjoy straight from freezer or after 5 minutes of softening.
