  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 1 large mango, sliced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes
  • 3 kiwis, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup red grapes

Equipment

  • Large serving platter
  • Sharp knife

Method
 

  1. Wash and prepare all fruits by slicing as needed.
  2. Arrange fruits in rainbow color order on a large platter.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves or shredded coconut if desired.
  4. Serve immediately with yogurt or honey-lime dip.

Notes

Use fresh, ripe fruits for the best flavor and color. Add lemon juice to prevent browning of bananas.
