Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 0.5 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Pizza stone or baking sheet
  • Oven

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook diced chicken with salt and pepper until golden and cooked through.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Roll out dough and place on a greased baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly over dough, leaving edges bare for crust.
  4. Sprinkle half the mozzarella, then layer on chicken and onions. Add remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Top with fresh parsley, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

For best flavor, use freshly grated Parmesan and fresh garlic. Try adding mushrooms or spinach for variety.
