Ingredients
  

Sandwich
  • 4 slices thick-cut bread
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Skillet or frying pan
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Mix softened butter with minced garlic and parsley.
  2. Spread garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place bread butter-side down, add cheese, top with second slice.
  5. Cook until golden, flip, and cook until cheese melts.

Notes

Use medium heat to prevent burning the garlic butter.
