- Heat olive oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir fry for about 4–5 minutes.
- Stir in chickpeas and cook until warmed through.
- Pour in tamari, sesame oil, maple syrup, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss everything together until coated in sauce.
- Cook another 1–2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions and serve warm.
Notes
Serve over rice, quinoa, or noodles for a complete meal.
