Beef and Potatoes
  • 1 lb beef sirloin cut into cubes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender, then drain.
  2. Season and sear beef cubes in olive oil until browned.
  3. Remove beef, then melt butter and sauté garlic.
