Method
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and stir to coat in garlic butter. Cook 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return chicken to skillet. Drizzle in soy sauce and toss everything together. Cook 2 minutes to combine flavors.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.
Notes
Pairs wonderfully with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
