Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cups broccoli florets fresh or lightly steamed
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
  • 0.5 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli florets and stir to coat in garlic butter. Cook 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Return chicken to skillet. Drizzle in soy sauce and toss everything together. Cook 2 minutes to combine flavors.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and parsley before serving.

Notes

Pairs wonderfully with rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days.
