  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.33 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Brown the ground turkey in olive oil.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Add butter and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cauliflower and chicken broth and cook covered.
  5. Finish with lemon juice, parsley, and adjust seasoning.

Notes

Use small cauliflower florets for even cooking.
