Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 pieces pork chops about 1-inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Reduce heat, add butter, garlic, and thyme, and baste pork chops.
  5. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Rest before serving.
