Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Golden biscuit bombs stuffed with juicy ground beef and melted cheese, brushed with garlic butter and Parmesan. A party-perfect appetizer or dinner twist.

Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 0.5 cup onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
Dough & Topping
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 pieces, or use pizza dough
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough into small circles.
  3. Place beef mixture and cheese cube in center of dough, then fold and seal.
  4. Arrange seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter and garlic. Brush over each dough ball.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  7. Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle parsley.
  8. Serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

For variety, try adding bacon, jalapeños, or different cheeses inside the bombs.
