Method
- Cook ground beef and onion until browned. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat.
- Flatten biscuit dough into small circles.
- Place beef mixture and cheese cube in center of dough, then fold and seal.
- Arrange seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter and garlic. Brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and sprinkle parsley.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces.
Notes
For variety, try adding bacon, jalapeños, or different cheeses inside the bombs.
