Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup diced onion optional
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 16 oz
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook ground beef, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a skillet until browned; drain and cool slightly.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough and add beef mixture and cheese in the center.
  4. Seal dough into balls, seam side down, and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mix melted butter and minced garlic, brush over hot bombs, and sprinkle with parmesan and parsley.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Make ahead and freeze before baking for easy prep on busy days. Use different cheeses for flavor variety.
