Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Dough & Topping
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 biscuits
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Cook ground beef until browned; season and let cool slightly.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough and fill with beef and cheese.
  4. Seal dough into balls and place seam-side down.
  5. Brush with garlic butter, sprinkle with parmesan, and bake until golden.

Notes

Seal dough well to prevent cheese leakage. Serve warm for best flavor.
