  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear both sides in olive oil for 2–3 minutes per side.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder until creamy.
  4. Spread the garlic-parmesan mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Top with shredded mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispier top if desired.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta, or vegetables for a full meal. Adjust garlic to taste.
