Ingredients
  

Chicken & Potatoes
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1.5 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.75 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.75 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, and seasonings. Spread on baking sheet.
  3. Season chicken drumsticks with remaining oil, garlic, paprika, and parmesan.
  4. Arrange chicken over potatoes and sprinkle with remaining parmesan.
  5. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until chicken is cooked through.

Notes

Broil briefly at the end for extra crispy parmesan topping.
