Ingredients
  

Pasta Dish
  • 1 lb chicken breast cubed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 12 oz pasta penne or rotini

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Large pot
  • Cutting board
  • Chef’s knife

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden; remove from pan.
  3. Sauté garlic in butter, add broth and cream, then stir in Parmesan.
  4. Return chicken and pasta to skillet and toss until coated.

Notes

Best served immediately while creamy.
