Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream or half-and-half
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the cream and whisk until combined. Simmer gently for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese and whisk until melted and smooth.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Adjust consistency as needed.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
