  • 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet.
  3. Add oil, butter, garlic, Parmesan, and seasonings; toss well.
  4. Arrange cut-side down and roast 20–25 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice if using and serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
