Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons instant yeast 1 packet
  • 0.75 cup warm milk about 110°F
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 egg
Garlic Filling
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
Topping
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 teaspoon parsley

Method
 

  1. Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, butter, and egg; knead until smooth and elastic.
  3. Let dough rise 1 hour until doubled.
  4. Prepare garlic filling with melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
  5. Roll dough into rectangle, brush with filling, and roll into log.
  6. Slice into 12 pieces; arrange in greased pan and rise 20 minutes.
  7. Bake at 375°F for 18–22 minutes until golden.
  8. Brush warm rolls with garlic butter topping and serve.
