- Boil carrots in salted water for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Stir in honey, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pepper. Cook 1–2 minutes until glaze thickens slightly.
- Add carrots to skillet and toss to coat in glaze.
- Simmer 3–4 minutes until glossy and tender.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Add a pinch of nutmeg for extra holiday warmth. For savory variation, replace honey with maple syrup and add thyme.
