Ingredients
  

Bread Dough
  • 3 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour with xanthan gum
  • 2.25 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups warm water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Dutch oven
  • Wire rack

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until a thick, sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover and let rest at room temperature for 45–60 minutes.
  4. Preheat oven and Dutch oven to 425°F (220°C).
  5. Transfer dough into lined Dutch oven.
  6. Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15–20 minutes.
  7. Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

Allow bread to cool fully for best texture and slicing.
