- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

- Preheat oven and Dutch oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Transfer dough into lined Dutch oven.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 15–20 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing.
