Ingredients
  

Pie Filling
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese full-fat
  • 0.75 cup honey plus more for drizzling
  • 3 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • 0.25 tsp salt
Topping
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk ricotta until smooth, then mix in honey and sugar.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour mixture into dish and bake until set and golden.
  5. Cool slightly, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Notes

Do not overbake to maintain creamy texture.
