Ingredients
  

Popcorn Base
  • 10 cups popped popcorn plain
Caramel Marshmallow Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Saucepan

Method
 

  1. Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
  2. Melt butter and stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, condensed milk, and salt.
  3. Boil gently for 4–5 minutes until thick.
  4. Remove from heat, add vanilla and marshmallows.
  5. Pour over popcorn and fold until coated.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh while warm and gooey.
