- Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
- Melt butter and stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, condensed milk, and salt.
- Boil gently for 4–5 minutes until thick.
- Remove from heat, add vanilla and marshmallows.
- Pour over popcorn and fold until coated.

Best enjoyed fresh while warm and gooey.
