- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef cubes and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Thread beef, peppers, and onions onto skewers.
- Grill skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- Serve hot with pita bread, tzatziki, and lemon wedges.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the beef overnight. Serve with tzatziki or a Greek salad.
