Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a large bowl until crumbly.
- Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 3–4 minutes.
- Roll dough into a circle about 1/4-inch thick.
- Pre-bake for 8–10 minutes, then add toppings and bake another 8–10 minutes until golden.
Notes
For crispier crust, roll thinner and pre-bake slightly longer. Add herbs to dough for extra flavor.
