Ingredients
  

Dough Base
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour or substitute with all-purpose flour + baking powder + salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • 1 pinch salt if using unsalted yogurt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Greek yogurt and self-rising flour in a large bowl until crumbly.
  3. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Roll dough into a circle about 1/4-inch thick.
  5. Pre-bake for 8–10 minutes, then add toppings and bake another 8–10 minutes until golden.

Notes

For crispier crust, roll thinner and pre-bake slightly longer. Add herbs to dough for extra flavor.
