- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until softened.
- Add chicken, broth, enchilada sauce, and remaining ingredients except dairy.
- Simmer until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred chicken and return to pot.
- Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
Notes
Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot green enchilada sauce.
