Method
- Prepare the ingredients by peeling the banana and avocado, and washing the spinach leaves.
- Add all ingredients to a blender: spinach, avocado, banana, almond milk, and honey.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity with more honey or lime juice as desired.
- Pour into glasses, garnish, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, use frozen banana or add a few ice cubes. You can also prepare smoothie packs ahead of time and freeze for quick blending later.
