  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves optional
  • 1 pinch sea salt flakes
  • 1 pinch black pepper optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush lightly with olive oil.
  2. Core and slice apples into ½-inch wedges; grill 2–3 minutes per side until tender and lightly charred.
  3. Wrap each warm apple slice with a thin piece of prosciutto.
  4. Arrange on a serving platter, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with thyme leaves and sea salt.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.
