Ingredients
  

Grilled Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
Broccoli Bowls
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups rice cooked
Creamy Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan grated
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Method
 

  1. Season and grill chicken until cooked through.
  2. Cook broccoli until tender.
  3. Prepare creamy garlic sauce with butter, garlic, flour, broth, cream, and parmesan.
  4. Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, and broccoli.
  5. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce and garnish with parsley.

Notes
