Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 lime juiced
Bowl
  • 6 oz rice noodles
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 0.5 cup cilantro
  • 0.5 cup mint
Peanut Sauce
  • 0.33 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger, and lime juice.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
