- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and brush lightly with oil.
- Brush peaches with olive oil and honey, grill for 2–3 minutes until softened with grill marks.
- Arrange arugula in a salad bowl.
- Top with grilled peaches, feta, and toasted walnuts.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over the salad and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served fresh. Add grilled chicken or shrimp for a heartier meal. Substitute goat cheese for feta if preferred.
