  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1.5 lb potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • 0.5 tsp dried oregano
  • 0.5 cup beef broth

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Cutting board

  • Wooden spoon

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and cook potatoes until lightly golden.
  2. Remove potatoes and sauté onion and garlic.
  3. Brown ground beef and season with spices.
  4. Return potatoes to skillet and add broth.
  5. Simmer until potatoes are tender and flavors combine.
