- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa, and salt until combined.
- Reserve 1/4 cup brownie batter. Pour remaining batter into the pan.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Tint with orange and black gel food coloring.
- Drop spoonfuls of cheesecake mixture and reserved brownie batter over the top. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool completely, garnish with sprinkles, and slice.
