Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until combined.
- Fold in candy-coated chocolates and sprinkles.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto baking sheets.
- Press candy eyeballs onto each dough mound.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until edges set and centers remain soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
Notes
For extra fun, add marshmallow fluff between two cookies for a monster sandwich.
