- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 10x15-inch jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale; add oil, vanilla, and milk.
- Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake 10–12 minutes.
- Invert cake onto a towel dusted with powdered sugar and roll while warm; cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add powdered sugar, vanilla, food coloring, and crushed Oreos.
- Unroll cake, spread filling, and re-roll tightly; chill before slicing.
