Method
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt together.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until smooth. Rest batter for 20–30 minutes.
- Heat nonstick pan over medium heat, butter lightly, and cook thin crepes 1–2 minutes per side.
- Decorate crepes with chocolate syrup in spiderweb patterns using a squeeze bottle and toothpick.
- Serve immediately with whipped cream or fruit.
Notes
Use orange or white icing for a more colorful spiderweb design. Cook crepes in advance and decorate just before serving.
